Accommodation

Encompassing an area of 1,300 m2, Villa Kita is featuring modern architecture with four bedrooms, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with all modern comfort and facilities. It is comprises of three buildings arranged in ‘U’ shaped-structure including main building featuring living and dining area and two buildings (left and right wing) each comprises of two bedrooms. The villa is perfectly situated to take in the serenity of its surrounding.

The villa vicinity is accessible through a private road in the middle of gently sloping rice field. The main building is impressive, towering over the compound with large wooden Javanese style entrance. It is featuring large living and dining area set along with the kitchen and guest lavatory on the ground floor, opens to the garden and pool. A large screen TV with high class sound system make this living area complete. This is the center of the life of the villa. A sleek wooden stair adjacent to the dining area leads to the upper floor which consists of an open air mezzanine with alluring view to the surrounding greenery. Further, a small ‘bridge’ is connecting this area to a comfortable library studio.

The four bedrooms (all DBL beds) are set in two different buildings, two bedrooms are on the left and the other two bedrooms are on the right side of the compound. Similar in design, each bedroom is equipped with fine furniture and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, rain shower, hot & cold running water). Two bedrooms overlooking to the garden and to the pool, while two others overlooking the garden only. Three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV for DVD movies.

Ensuring the guest privacy, the staff quarter is located in a discreet distance of the living next to the parking area.

Accommodation

The Villa

The appearance of the villa from the pool. Left and right wings are the bedrooms. The pool itself is 18 X 6 meters with a small shallow part for children. At night the villa looks so beautiful.

Entrance

The entrance is a wooden Angkul Angkul Kaka Adi door. Palimanan stone wall is on the left and right side. A big stone statue is on the right side, and a small water fountain is placed on the left.

Bedroom

Each bedroom is equipped with similar facilities. This quality bedroom features a king sized bed, mosquito net, a sleek and clean wooden floor, a flat-screen TV for DVD player, bed-lamp on one side and a private en-suite.

Luxurious bedrooms. All can be accessed from the garden. Bedroom 2 and 4 have other door to the garden. Bedroom 1 & 3 also has access to the pool. Each has its private en-suite bathroom.

With two sliding doors, all bedrooms are so airy. However when it is getting warm, air-condition is ready to cool the day. With a sleek wooden floor, bedrooms are so clean and healthy.

This bedroom is located under the library studio. It is the only bedroom with ceiling made of concrete. Its side door opens onto the kitchen and bathroom, while the main open to the main garden.

The main door to bedroom 4. The glass sliding door and glass wall make the room looks modern. Nice white and clean curtain makes it so warm. Room is cooled by the air conditioning.

Bathroom

A luxury en-suite bathroom is placed behind each bedroom. It includes: rain head-shower, western style closet, terrazzo bathtub, hot & cold running water, single hand basin, and a large mirror.

Each en-suite bathroom has a terrazzo bathtub. It is separated by a sliding door with the bedroom. A choice of hot & cold water is ready to get the best comfort of bathing. All is very clean.

Luxurious bedroom is completed with luxurious bathroom. There is a terrazzo bathtub, a western style closet, a single hand basin with large mirror. Nice amenities are also ready.

Two bathrooms have round terrazzo bathtub, the other two are with oval ones. Type of the bathtub is the only thing makes the bedroom looks different. Other facilities are same.

Living Area

Living area at the main building down stairs overlooking the bedroom-wings and garden. This clean and sleek wooden floor is equipped with some wooden bench, mattresses, pillows, and large flat screen satellite TV.

This is the first object you will see after the entrance. The living area is on the right side, the kitchen and dining table are on the left side. Ground and bedroom-wings are ahead. Staircase to the library studio is on the left.

Large satellite flat screen TV on this semi-open style living area. DVD player is also prepared at this place. Some wooden benches with mattresses and pillows complete this area.

Kitchen

This modern kitchen has a gaz-stove, complete cutleries, cooking ware, glass ware, and has a bar style table. Such equipments are ready to serve maximum occupancy of the villa.

Dining Table

Dining table is placed at the main building next to the modern kitchen. The solid mahogany wood table has 8 seats with additional wooden bench. A perfect quality on a perfect place.

The Garden

The minimalist styled garden, with frangipani trees, divides the left and right wing. An antique boat is on the middle. This is from the palimanan stone pool-deck. The main building looks huge.

Ground and Floor

The lush outdoor space is featuring minimalist garden decorated with an antique wooden boat on its middle, divides the left and right wing of the property. A ‘T’ shaped pool (18 X 6 meters), with creamy palimanan stone, dominates the east part of the ground. Being a children friendly villa, a small shallow part of the pool is specially prepared for children. Pool chairs are provided on the wooden deck to relax on.

The very end of the ground is still riched with tall trees and is fringed with a small lower lawn suitable for BBQ or outdoor dining.

Staff

Villa Kita is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes a cook, 3 housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant and security guards. The cook is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests.

The staff can also assist you to arrange massage or other spa treatment. A baby-sitting service also can be arranged, however an advanced booking is highly recommended.
