This simple but comfortable villa is located on the Bukit (hill) on the Southern peninsula and offers breath-taking views of the ocean, Bali and the mountains. It’s a perfect hideaway for those enjoying space, informality and privacy.

Being part of the estate (Villa Bali Impian, two Bali Impian Suites, six Water-Spa Villas, Spa Villa Barong, and Villa Bukit Hideaway located on the same compound but each featuring walled gardens providing complete privacy), this villa can be easily combined with the adjacent villas offering luxurious accommodation for larger groups.

The Villa

You enter the “Bukit Hideaway” via a stair case from the street level private parking. All guest areas (i.e. living/dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms and the terrace with the swimming pool and an open pavilion) are located on one floor several meters above street level and offer a spectacular view over the sea, Kuta, Sanur, and Bali’s mountains. The living room has two comfortable sofas and large glass doors opening up to the terrace with the swimming pool. There is a stereo system with CD player, and the 29 inch TV set is connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. The open-air dining area has a table large enough for up to eight guests and is located next to the open-plan kitchen.

Bedrooms

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge chair, a TV set and large doors opening up to a small garden area. It shares a smallish bathroom with a shower cabin with the 2nd. Guest Bedroom which has two large queen-size beds and a glass door leading to a private terrace.

The Pool

Bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and a desk with a fax/phone. Here you can also connect your laptop computer for dial-up Internet access. In all bathrooms you’ll find oversized cotton towels and bathroom amenities such as bath gel and shampoo, and there are cotton house coats, sandals, a shopping bag, etc. in the bedrooms.

Kitchen, Amenities and Services

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, glasses (for soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, etc.), crockery, cutlery, etc. There is a direct IDD telephone line with a phone in the dining area. A personal electronic safe is installed in the wardrobe in the Master Bedroom.

The house staff includes a maid and house boy to clean the premises and handle your laundry and a well-trained cook to prepare delicious Indonesian and Western meals. A free massage is part of the service, and additional in-house Spa and beauty treatments are available at nominal cost. Your air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rates and at your service whenever needed.

Location

The location on the hill less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach usually guarantees sunny days even when it’s raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali’s most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful “secret” beaches. Nusa Dua with most of Bali’s international 5-star hotels, the “Galleria Shopping Center” and the “Bali Golf & Country Club” as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It’s around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur’s hotels, restaurants and shops.
