Villa Juma’h is located in a quiet lane – just 20 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport. Although “Juma’h” is in the heart of Seminyak, the villa is very private and tranquil.

The Villa

Pool & Villa Juma’h is a colonial style balinese 4 bedroom villa which was fully renovated in 2010. Consisting of three large king sized bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, while the 4th garden bedroom stands alone with it’s own en-suite and “front row” position to the swimming pool. The oversized open floor plan, living and dining room area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of holiday fun. An open plan kitchen is ideal for catering to intimate dinners or serving family meals, birthday or wedding celebrations. There is also a second lounging area on the first floor for relaxation to enjoy some music or TV if you wish to escape the crowd. This room can also be used as an area for the children to enjoy television, DVD and Playstation.

Villa Juma’h Garden & Bale Bengong

Bale BengongThe “Bale Bengong” is situated to the side of the house facing the pool. It features a great area perfect for lounging around and enjoying a lazy vacation or reading a book. A Bose sound system provides music throughout the villa. Before evening cocktails enjoy a massage in the bale or enjoy a drink in the outside entertaining corner! The established garden is an oasis of tropical fruit trees and has been enhanced by one of Bali’s top landscape architects. It’s an integral part of Villa Jumah’s warm and inviting ambience.

Living Room ~ Kitchen ~ Dining Area

Dining & Living SpaceVilla Jumah’s main living area consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area. It is imaginatively decorated creating a warm and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxed and comfortable. It has a large flat screen indovision TV with DVD – a library of music and DVD’s for your enjoyment. It is also equipped with ceiling fans. The pool and garden become part of the living space, it’s warm, tropical and very relaxing. It is also equipped with high speed WIFI should you need it, and a billiard table to please those with a competitive streak!!

The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation with all necessary appliances and utensils. A gourmet grocery store is located just five minutes from Villa Jumah and our talented and trained villa chef is available to prepare your meals. The dining table seats 8 -10 people. Your villa Butler will cook your breakfast for you every morning.

Villa Bedrooms

Temple Bedroom

The temple bedroom features a king size four- poster bed, with exquisite linen and bedding. It has a writing desk for your convenience and also has the largest en-suite featuring a central bathtub and shower with a powerful “raindrop” shower- head, and dual basin vanity. The master bedroom looks out onto the garden and temple, air-conditioning and mood lighting complete this beautiful bedroom.

Romantic Bedroom

This is the largest bedroom in the villa – comprising practically the whole first floor level. It has the traditional alang alang vaulted ceiling – keeping the room cool. The four -poster bed and exquisite mosquito net and bed linen – make this room a very special one. It also has a writing desk and lounge area – ample cupboard space and a swinging hammock seat. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath with raindrop shower- head – twin basin vanity – and wonderful ambience! Ceiling fans and air conditioning also add to the comfort of this wonderful room.

Granny’s Bedroom

Aptly named as it was built for the original owners’ mother – it now comprises a king sized bed and has a view onto the “cow pastures” at the rear of the villa. The room has a writing desk and a very intimate atmosphere. The en-suite is an inside/outside bathroom, with large raindrop showerhead and it’s own private garden . The air-conditioned comfort helps to make this bedroom desirable.

Garden Bedroom

This is a special bedroom secluded from the rest of the house. It has a king sized bed which can convert to two singles– cable television, air- conditioning and a modern inside/outside en-suite.
This is a hide-away for those who wish to be alone – it opens onto the pool so you can be the last to take a “dip” at night – or the first in the morning.

Standard Services & Features

Butler Service – Villa Jumah’s butler will prepare your breakfast and assist with all of your needs from laundry and dry cleaning to grocery shopping, car rental, tours, packing and unpacking, dining reservations, spa appointments, etc. Service level is determined by your needs and desires. Some guests prefer complete privacy while other guests prefer a personal assistant type of butler service. It’s all up to you.

Housekeeping – Villa Jumah offers a discrete non-obtrusive housekeeping service at the villa.

DVD Library & Book Library – Villa Jumah offers a selection of the latest DVDs in its library.

Dining – Bali’s best restaurants including Ku-de-Ta, Warisan , Metis and Sarong are all within a short drive of Villa Jumah, and the wonderful French restaurant “Sip” just around the corner – therefore many guests choose to dine out for their evening meal. However, Villa Jumah now offers their very own chef to cater for your evening meal in the privacy of your own villa. Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be prepared by the Villa Butler.

Car Rental & Tours – Villa Jumah staff will arrange all of your car rental and tours.

Internet & Telephone – Villa Jumah offers a high speed wireless internet at the villa. There is also a phone line available at the villa.

Laundry Service & Dry Cleaning – Villa Jumah staff can arrange laundry and dry cleaning.

Massage & Spa – Villa Jumah has a Spa Service with all treatments available shown in the Spa Menu found in the villa.

Location

Villa Jumah’s location is convenient to the best Bali has to offer. Seminyak and Oberoi beaches are a short 8 minutes walk . Bali’s renowned dining street is just 10 minutes from the villa. Be sure to visit the popular Italian restaurant “Ultimo”. Other renowned “must do” dining in Bali includes Ku de Ta and Sarong. The Living Room and Huu Bar as well as numerous other trendy bars clubs and shopping are all within walking distance of the villa.
